With an experience of over 5 decades, is a simple and humble person. Always he is down to earth in his life. He put foundation stone for their business empire by building a small rice mill in 2000 sq. feet with the help of family relatives. He used to purchase paddy from farmers in nearby villages and sells the processed rice to shops in nearby towns.
with an experience of 3 decades manages the procurement, quality control and operations. In his teenage itself, Mr. Sridhar entered into business by helping his father in rice mill operations.
Following those golden words said by Shri APJ Abdul Kalam, he dreamt and made the dream true of building a business empire to employ hundreds of people and to bring quality food products for the good health of people.
He is a multi-talented person with bubbling enthusiasm towards studies also. He has completed his Post Graduation in English at the age of 40 and pursuing Masters in Business Administration. In his ancillary life activities also he ventured into unknown waters viz., martial arts & music. He has earned black belt in Martial Arts (Karate) and learning Carnatic Music. Every day he wakes up early in the morning and practices Yoga regularly.
The group employs over 300 persons and the team works enthusiastically in a healthy environment.
